This is a gloriously beautiful island set in sun and sea to come and open your heart to your highest dreams and come and dance and be creative with me and other teachers.
9th October in Room 1 from 10.00am-5.00pm “Open Your Heart to your Best Life” at www.isbourne.org £40 Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. A creative coaching course using dance, writing and art to support you to clear your blocks and start to create the life of your dreams. This is a course which will help to connect you to your heart, your dreams and ultimately to yourself. You will share in pairs about your dreams and wishes and the fears that may be holding you back. We will work with exercises to help you to release these fears and learn to say “Yes” to what you want and “No” to what you don’t want. If you had no fear what might you dare do? What would you allow yourself to think of having or doing? This is a course to encourage your sense of presence, of coming home to who you really are and being able to download the highest vision of yourself and allow that to manifest. If you are going through a lot of change or you feel ready for a shift and to connect with a wonderful vision of your life then this is a safe course full of love and laughter to learn to dare to trust again. Once you feel safe it can be possible to open your heart to living your best life!

This is a week to take a personal journey back to yourself, finding out who
you are and what really mattes to you. This is an opportunity to have time
to rest, heal and create in a beautiful, magical place in the Las Alpujarras
mountains near Malaga in Spain. During the day you will have time to swim,
rest and sunbathe and watch the stars at night and you will be guided on a
loving creative journey with much dance, talking, coaching and
visualisation. There will also be some art and writing exercises. The
journey is to have time for yourself, to play, to laugh and to re-group.
From this place you can see what you want for yourself and for your life and
make a plan to create this.

To be able to love and to let love in is a skill that can be learned and embraced. On this course you will be encouraged to accept and have compassion for who you are, you will be encouraged to look at your life and fulfilling your needs and you will learn how to connect with others and yourself with love and authenticity. When you are living from the truth of who you are you feel that you are living in a more creative space and it allows for more freedom and easier manifestation. We will then work with downloading your mission on this earth plane at this time and how you might allow more love into your life.
