Me and my lovely sisters Georgia and Tara Hello there! How are you doing? I hope you are really well and that you are connecting with the idea that you are love! Realistically there is nothing else but love that exists and love is all that really matters! If you can remember for a moment that you are love you may find that your heart has a possibility of softening and coming into harmony. Just see if you can allow yourself, even for a moment, to think of yourself as love as pure and beautiful love! This is what you are and this is who you can be in any moment, you just may need to remember this! I maybe sounding very positive, of course, but I am on my Rosen Body Work Therapy training this week and it really is an incredible form of heart work. It seems I am watching people being re-born as they release old holding patterns and open into love and this includes me! It is amazing!

I am off to teach in the beautiful Las Alpujarras in Spain 26th September to 3rd Oct for www.cortijo-romero.co.uk then back to London on the 3rd to teach at www.londonfestivaloftantra.com to do a workshop at 6.30-8.30pm about becoming love (£55 online before the date). The next workshops I have in London are 22nd Nov and 13th Dec both £70. I am also teaching at www.thegrangebythesea.com at Christmas with the wonderful John Harris. I will be teaching visioning your life and dancing and he will be teaching salsa and family constellation work. This is incredibly powerful work to heal your ancestral patterns devised by Bert Hellinger. My dear friend Michael Day is always encouraging me to inherit my ancestral lineages and all year I have been doing this and it has been extremely helpful. As I have been opening the energy up to take on the strengths and wisdoms of my ancestors I have felt my own growth as I have inherited their love, their courage, their stature. As I have been doing this extraordinary things have happened. As I found out that my Great Grandfather was born in Estoril in Portugal I got an email inviting me to go and teach there. Then I have been connecting with my Scottish heritage and the Mackenzie’s of Gairloch (opposite the Isle of Skye) and I got another email inviting me to teach at a Scottish festival next August www.tartanheartfestival.co.uk. It has seemed that as I open up to my inheritances the energy of this lineage connects me with where my ancestors are from. So I would genuinely say that this is a wonderful and really healing process. I also am starting to connect with how the lineages are coming into my work. My Welsh Grandmother Gu (Mam Gu is Welsh for Grandmother) was full of heart and love and the epitome of pure feminine beauty. Her way of connecting was with grace and depth and pure deep love. For me the Welsh are very direct in their expression of warmth and how they relate and I feel I have taken this into my work. In Welsh families there is often a great connectedness with helping each other and closeness, many times you would reach out to siblings or cousins for help or to bring a child up if a mother was struggling. It is my Welshness, I feel, that gives me the courage to deeply connect with others and I feel very grateful for that. But of course not all the inheritances are easy. I have recently discovered one the Great Grandmother would have been a millionairess in todays terms through her wealthy cotton mill owning family and she lost everything when the British Cotton industry went down in the 1930s. She ended up with no money later in life and no home and having to stay with different relatives which I imagine must have been a very strange and distressing situation. I have another Grandmother who was also very wealthy through her work as a TV writer and she lost her money through investing badly in making films. I feel that I also need to heal the patterns of these wounds of these Grandmothers who had money and lost money and know that I can trust that I can work and make the money that I need to make and be aware about how to stay steady with this. The key for me has been to heal a fear of being very abundant (and I suppose then losing it all). Life bring with it all kinds of journeys and lessons but as you work with these (often unconscious) patterns in your family then you no longer have to carry them for your whole life. I had a fear of being homeless and I now know where it comes from and I hope I can now heal it, release it and live from a more abundant place knowing that I can be in the flow of life (whatever it brings) and not living from fears that may not belong to me!
As you clear and heal you also clear and heal for the earth. I went to this incredible conference “WorldShift2 2012” with Ervin Laslo, Polly Higgins, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Jude Currivan and many others last week at the British Museum and it was so beautiful. The message was that the world shift that we need to all make now in order to save the planet is one of togetherness and love. We need to partner and share with each other, to share resources and information and to come together as one. What they have discovered is that groups can take food to those who are starving but unless aid groups work together and have good communication then many times the food does not get to those who need it. As we all develop emotional intelligence and better communication and start to share and love then we can make better plans for our communities and for the earth. They also shared the wonderful hope that without a crises we would not make this shift in conciousness (towards love) so that this earth crises has the potential for a great and beautiful shift for all of us www.worldshift2012.org .
