I am a International Love Coach, Speaker, workshop leader and Artist. I am passionate about building people’s confidence and facilitate them to connect with and create the life of their dreams. I coach privately and run workshops to help people open their hearts, do the work they love or meet a partner. For me living a wonderful life is about staying open through the changes and the difficult times. It’s about sticking to my goals knowing that I am growing as I do so. I coach and run workshops in order to help others come into their hearts - and through healing their hearts start to live a fantastic life. It can feel risky for people to open their hearts and dare to want again. The heart can be clogged up with all the disappointment, grief and resentment that a person has experienced in their life. As they start to work with their heart and dare to dream again a new and exciting vision can open up.

Many people come on my workshops to allow new love and romance into their lives and often they meet someone soon after. Others find that they are connected to something new and that they are motivated to get an artist’s studio, create a new business or change their approach to life and themselves.

The journey is into the heart and the self. It is about coming into a sense of love in a bigger way, of connecting with your journey and your purpose, who you really are and what you truly want. It is about becoming present and listening to your inner wisdom - and through this connecting to your own flow.

I love my work and I love the beautiful changes I see happen in my clients and in myself. As I encourage others to dare to live their dreams so I dare to live mine too. I have been a voice over artist for MFI and Capital Radio. I perform in Cabaret and have been in a comedy "Sensitive Skin" on BBC2. Channel 5 News, Live at Five, Samantha Backman on Sky, Radio 5 Live, BBC Radio London have all interviewed me about relationships. Spirit and Destiny, Prediction Magazine, Harpers Bazaar, Cosmopolitan have all featured me. I write for Lightworker Magazine, Men's Fitness and The Magical Times.
